1 Introduction

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on joker888, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• Jurisdiction: You must not be located in or accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for confirming whether your participation is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• Single Account: You may hold only one Account on joker888. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a serious violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order placed with joker888 or through any responsible gambling programme of which joker888 is a member.
• Not a Politically Exposed Person (PEP) or Sanctioned Individual: You must not be subject to applicable international sanctions or listed as a PEP under anti-money laundering regulations applicable to the Company.

4 Account Registration & KYC

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to promptly update any information that changes during the course of your Account's existence. joker888 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account where information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

KYC Verification: Before processing your first withdrawal, joker888 will require you to complete a KYC verification procedure. This involves submitting a valid, government-issued photo identification document (such as a Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driving licence) together with a recent selfie. Additional documents — including proof of address or proof of payment method — may be requested at our discretion.

5 Terms of Use

• You will not use a VPN, proxy, or any other method to misrepresent your geographic location for the purpose of accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits: joker888 supports deposits in MYR via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, direct bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB), 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT TRC20. Minimum deposit amounts vary by method and are displayed at the time of transaction. joker888 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to method availability and KYC verification. Indicative processing times are as follows: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) under 5 minutes; DuitNow / FPX bank transfers 5–15 minutes; direct bank wire 15–60 minutes. 7 Bonuses & Promotions

joker888 may offer promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and refer-a-friend rewards. Each promotion is subject to specific bonus terms communicated at the time of the offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering (rollover) requirement. The specific multiplier (e.g., 10x, 15x, 20x) will be stated in the promotion terms. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the full wagering requirement has been met.
• Maximum Bet: While an active bonus is in play, the maximum permitted single bet is as stated in the specific promotion terms — typically between MYR 250 and MYR 500 per round or bet. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided.
• Game Contribution: Different game types contribute differently towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games (blackjack, baccarat, roulette) typically contribute 10–20%. Specific contribution rates are published in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have a validity window (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from activation) within which wagering requirements must be completed. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on joker888 are final once confirmed. joker888 will not reverse or void confirmed bets except in the following limited circumstances: (a) a bet was placed on a sporting event that was subsequently postponed or abandoned; (b) a technical error occurred that demonstrably affected the integrity of a game outcome; (c) a manifest error in pricing or odds was evident at the time of the bet.

Sports Betting: joker888 offers betting markets on Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UEFA Champions League, La Liga, Bundesliga, UFC, and other international sporting fixtures. Asian Handicap, Over/Under, and Match Result markets are subject to the specific rules for each market type, as published in the sportsbook rules section of the Platform. joker888 follows standard international sports betting rules for settlement purposes.

Live Casino: Live dealer game outcomes (roulette, blackjack, baccarat, sic bo) are determined by real-time physical processes — cards, balls, dice — administered by human dealers in a studio environment. Game outcomes are video-recorded. In the event of a dealer error or technical disconnection, affected rounds may be voided at joker888's discretion, and stakes will be returned to the Player.

Slot Games: Slot game outcomes are generated by certified independent RNG systems. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages represent long-term theoretical averages and do not guarantee outcomes for any individual session. Progressive jackpot pools and rules are governed by the individual game provider's terms.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the joker888 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Creating, operating, or accessing more than one Account on the Platform;
• Accessing the Platform while subject to an active self-exclusion order;
• Using automated bots, software agents, macros, or scraping tools on the Platform;
• Employing prohibited betting strategies designed to guarantee profit or exploit bonus structures;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Conducting chargebacks or payment reversals on legitimate deposits without joker888's prior authorisation;
• Accessing the Platform using another person's identity or credentials;
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the joker888 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, graphics, user interface design, trade marks, service marks, logos, text, images, audio, and video content — is the exclusive property of joker888 or its third-party licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform's content or software without joker888's prior written consent.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, joker888 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses — arising from or related to your use of the Platform, regardless of whether joker888 was advised of the possibility of such damages.

joker888's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount of deposits made by you in the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the date on which the relevant claim arose.

joker888 shall not be liable for: (a) interruptions to the Platform caused by maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control; (b) losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms; (c) losses resulting from your reliance on information provided on the Platform that was subsequently found to contain errors; or (d) gambling losses incurred through normal use of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits joker888's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12 Responsible Gambling

joker888 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide all registered Players with access to the following tools, available at any time through account settings or by contacting our support team:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling period;

13 Account Suspension & Closure

joker888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of being requested to do so;
• Evidence of chargebacks or payment reversals on legitimate deposits;
• Evidence of multiple Account ownership;
• Accounts held by Players under 21 years of age;
• Accounts accessed from Prohibited Jurisdictions;
• At the Player's own request for self-exclusion.

Upon closure of an Account for any reason other than fraud or other prohibited conduct, any verifiable balance remaining (after satisfaction of all applicable conditions) will be returned to the Player via their nominated payment method, subject to applicable processing times and verification requirements.

14 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which joker888 holds its operating licence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

This clause does not affect any mandatory consumer rights that may apply to you under the laws of your country or territory of residence. joker888 acknowledges that Players may retain the right to bring claims before courts in their country of residence where mandated by applicable law.

15 Amendments

joker888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players by a notice displayed on the Platform and/or by email to the address registered on the Account, with a minimum of fourteen (14) days' advance notice prior to the changes taking effect, except where changes are required urgently by applicable law or regulatory directive, in which case they may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.
